Round each table combination to a whole percent. After all conditions are combined, round once to the nearest 10%; a final 5 rounds up.
The bilateral factor needs compensable disabilities in both paired extremities or the same paired skeletal muscles. All qualifying upper and lower extremity ratings are combined together before adding 10% of that combined value. The calculator checks valid subsets to honor the favorable exception in 4.26(d).
