SMC designations reflect specific service-connected losses and care needs. They are not determined by a combined percentage alone.
SMC-K is generally an addition. SMC L through S are basic monthly rates that replace basic schedular compensation. Check your awarded designation; do not add every SMC amount together.

VA publishes R.2 and T at the same rate, and O/P as a shared maximum table column. The designation still determines the eligibility rule.
