Hunting and fishingDisabled veteran combination licenseThe combination hunting and fishing license is free for qualifying 100% permanent-total service-connected veterans; the reduced-fee license for less than 100% service-connected disability costs $42.Arizona residency for at least one year immediately before application and VA evidence. Individual unemployability compensation alone does not qualify for the free license.
